Hi, Mr. mak.

Looking at your homepage, I am very appreciated your effort in the new input method and I wish to use it. However, after downloading, the input window does not appear, even though I follow your instruction to the menu to set the menu bar to disappear.　 But, I cannot to get the input window at last. Pls, give me some advice.

您的情形，有下列各種的可能原因：

  1. 下載時，程式傳到您的電腦裏已失真。您須嘗試再次下載這個輸入法。

  2. 即使下載的程式檔沒有問題，但您要解壓才可以用它。在解壓的過程中，可能有錯。您須測試您的解壓程式有沒有正常解壓。

  3. 本輸入法程式只能用在 中文視窗 3.1 版 或 95 版下。輸入法在中文視窗 3.1 版的表現較穩定。在 95 版下，您最好不要安裝其他輸入法，以免影影響系統的穩定性。注意，輸入法程式不能用在 NT 版。

  4. 您的中文視窗裝了太多東西、太少記憶體或有「bug」，也有可能使輸入法不能成功安裝。
您不妨試試將這個輸入法安裝在其他電腦內，最好首先嘗試裝在中文視窗 3.1版裏，看看它能否工作，便知問題出在那裏。
